Aftermath is a BZP epicomedy written by Toa Zehvor MT. It takes place right after his first comedy, The Bionicles Try To Run A House. It chronicles the events of the Toa Zehvor, as they attempt to rid the Earth, and then the universe, of a mutagen known as Xenon. Aftermath is MT's second longest comedy, behind TBTTRAH, and currently is the 9th longest comedy of all times in terms of post count. However, like most of MT's comedies, it has done rather poorly in comparison of views, ranking over 20th all time.
Plot Overview
The story begins with Mete, a villain from TBTTRAH, using Xenon to corrupt the minds of the government and get them to attack the House, the home of the Zehvor and their companions, who have shrunk down to the size of plastic Bionicles to avoid detection by the people. The house is destroyed, and the Zehvor are forced to flee and go through a wild series of events, until at last, MT and two of his friends, Omega Turtle and Vecolity, manage to defeat Mete and end Xenon on Earth.
After a while, the Bionicles end up on another planet and figure out that only while on Earth they must be in their tiny forms. MT and Mesonak head out and find Kpik, and end up going 10,000 years into the past to find a device which saves the nearby village from being frozen solid. Meanwhile, two more Toa, Levacius and Assassin, defeat a Xenon wielder and get a tip that Xenon itself might be controlled by a singular being. They dub this being, "The Dark Lord."
The Zehvor then begin their quest to rid Xenon from the entire universe, and find out that that is going to be a lot harder than expected. The house is eventually rebuilt, and the Bionicles move back in. After a while, MT and Levacius are attacked by a Xenon infused clone of MT and infused with Xenon themselves, which threatens to turn them into mindless slaves of Xenon or destroy them altogether. 4 of the Zehvor head out to other planets to try and destroy Xenon, and are eventually all lead to planet Rankar, a friendly planet that is amassing an army to launch an attack on a Xenon base. However, before the attack can commence, TM arrives in orbit with an army of his own, and begins pounding the Toa army into the ground, and the Zehvor barely escape. To make matters worse, a new shadowy creature known only as "Nightmare" appears during one of MT's exploits with Tarakavarbiter, and begins a quest to mercilessly hunt MT down. MT then meets Blackout, a Makuta/Toa hybrid, and enters the Xenon core of Blackout's home planet. After a fierce battle with a huge Rahi, Nightmare appears and attempts to kill MT, but is blocked by Blackout. Nightmare's next attempt is foiled by Brenmac, and inspires MT to bring the fight to Nightmare. The Zehvor arrive at Nightmare's castle and eventually kill him, leaving a relative measure of peace with the Bionicles.
Characters
- MT: Toa of Light, leads the Zehvor and their mission to destroy Xenon. Wears a now broken mask of teleportation with a HuD, wields two swords, one able to use multiple weapons. Works as a bounty hunter sometimes.
- Sonu: Toa of White Fire, 2nd in Command on the Zehvor. Best known for his role as Zehvor leader when MT, Mesonak, and Omega Turtle dissapeared.
- Mr. Matoro: Ko-Matoran, and an incredibly good fighter despite his size. He has won the title of "best fighter in the House" twice, and rarely loses a battle.
- Brenmac: Toa of All Elements. MT's assistant, has a army of Bohrok. Wears a mask of shapeshifting that once allowed him to trick Nightmare into believing he was an ally.
- Levacius: Toa of Lightning. Incredibly self confident, he has an evil clone named Suicavel that recently fell under the influence of Xenon. Uses a spear that seems to be unshatterable.
- Gorgnak: Giant rock Toa. His huge size makes him an immense threat, although some smaller beings have been able to use this to their advantage. Is currently looking for a way to return him to a Toa.
- Assassin: Toa of Unknown. Wields an incredible amount of cannons, both long and short range. He was the first to learn that all Xenon was controlled by a single entity.
- Tarakavarbiter: Huge Toa of Unknown. Wields a huge amount of both offensive and defensive weapons, and his armor is as close to unbreakable as possible. Holds a less than friendly rivarly with Levacius, and has even tried to eat him on multiple occasions.
- TLhikan: Toa of Fire. Still looking to prove himself, although he has demonstrated much potential in the past. One of MT's most trusted teammates.
- Dakama: Toa of Fire and Metal. Had a twin named Golie that dissapeared, Dakama now fights to figure out what happened to his twin.
- Mesonak: Toa of Shadow and Light. Wields a lightsaber like sword called Death Whisper. He is especially famous for killing Nightmare, one of MT's arch rivals.
- Samzoraz: Toa of Lightning. Joins MT sometimes in exploits to destroy Xenon on other planets. Keeps to himself most of the time.
- Kpik: Toa of Ice, one of MT's best friends thousands of years ago, he has met up with the Toa of Light due to recent events. Orchestrated the invasion of Nightmare's castle.
- Shadow: A Makuta responsible for the mutation of fellow Zehvor Blackout. She has a relatively short temper, but is deadly in battle. Wields a scythe.
- Blackout: A Makuta/Toa hybrid, he once helped to destroy the Xenon on his own planet. He is the inventor of the race of giant dragon Ragnoks, although he won't admit to it.
